Fractal And Lindenmeyer System Research

Further reading about fractals, L-systems and the modelling of morphology in organisms

Inspired by by a post on Processingblogs.com I started some research about fractals and L-Systems in particular.
“An L-system is a formal grammar most famously used to model the growth processes of plant development, though able to model the morphology of a variety of organisms. L-systems can also be used to generate self-similar fractals such as iterated function systems. …” source: Wikipedia.org
